​Hampton Meadows is a beautiful community made up of approximately  159 lots. Hampton Meadows subdivision features rear and side entry homes, and great interior finishes and is a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-35E. A greenbelt backs one side of the community, and grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants are nearby. Children attend the Desoto ISD schools.

The Hampton Meadows HOA, originally formed in 2012, is mandatory. This association exists to help preserve property values through architectural controls, and design guidelines including deed restrictions. Additionally, the association provides for the maintenance of common areas and community facilities through the collection of assessments.
